Manage visibility and export your data

Privacy settings let you review sharing preferences, request a data export, and submit an account-deletion request. Open Settings → Privacy.

Review visibility

1. Check Profile visible to teachers.
2. Check Progress visible to parents.
3. Choose the settings you intend for the account.
4. Select Save and verify that the change completes.

Visibility preferences and account links work together. Confirm which account you are using before changing a preference.

Export account data

Use Export on the privacy page. Keep the downloaded archive somewhere private, particularly on a shared device. If the download fails, check the browser’s download status before requesting another export.

Request deletion

Request account deletion submits a request; it does not mean the account is erased immediately. Review the request status shown on the page. Read the displayed terms and consequences before proceeding.
