Use Time crunch when a deadline is close

Time crunch provides a focused path through a problem when time is short. It is optional and available in the Grade 9–12 Study Studio.

Work through a small step

1. Open Tutor and choose a subject.
2. Select Time crunch.
3. Describe the problem and show one step, a guess, or what you already understand.
4. Use the focused hint or partial setup to make your own next move.
5. Finish the tutor’s quick-check question without looking back at the solution.

Use it for understanding

Time crunch supports reasoning under a deadline. It does not produce submit-ready essays or answer sheets. When you have more time, return to Explain, Practice, or Check to build understanding at a steadier pace.

If the goal is missing, check your learner grade. It is not selected automatically.
